“Can I pick up my order locally?”

YES! If you live in South Bend or the surrounding Michiana area, you can absolutely pick up your order directly! Email me to set this up before placing your order!

“What delivery service do you use?”

I mail orders via the United States Postal Service from the Notre Dame Post Office. Each order comes with insurance covering the mailing.

“I need this asap… can you rush shipping?”

Yes, but only if you email me and let me know before placing your order. Otherwise it will be sent with its normal shipping method. Additional rates will apply!

“My package arrived damaged, or it didn’t arrive at all… what happens next?”

Accidents do happen… In the rare event that art arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, I will make things 100% right by taking the correct course of actions based on your order. As mentioned above… EVERY ORDER is insured when mailed!
